I, Rhadames Ortiz, as an Enrolled Agent (EA), am a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, (IRS). Enrolled Agents, like Attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), are generally unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which Internal Revenue Services offices they can represent clients before.

Shaddai Quality Inc, founded in 1986 by Rhadames Ortiz, EA, in the State of New York and for more than 30 years of service to the community with its accounting and tax needs, focused on personal and business tax.

As a personal services company, according to our classification given by the Internal Revenue Services (IRS), through all these years we have rigorously complied with maintaining the privacy of our clients’ information.

As Tax professionals, we obey “The Privacy Act of 1974 (Pub.L. 93–579, 88 Stat. 1896, enacted December 31, 1974, 5 U.S.C. § 552a), a United States federal law, establishes a Code of Fair Information Practice that governs the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of personally identifiable information about individuals that is maintained in systems of records by federal agencies”

So, in Shaddai Quality Inc shall not disclose any record which is contained in a system of records by any means of communication to any person, or to another agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior written consent of the individual to whom the record pertains.
